How do I log in to the portal?

You go to the Nabo portal, enter your social security number and identify yourself with bankID. This will take you directly to your page with all the information about your home. If you do not have a bankID, you can log in with a username and password provided by the board.

How do I log out of the portal?

If you are in the portal, log out by clicking on Log out under your name in the top left corner.

How do I log in to the portal without BankID?

If you want to log in to the portal without BankID, you have to contact the board of your association. They will create a password for you that you can use to log in.

How do I get in contact with my association's managers at Nabo?

If you go to the portal and the tab Ärenden, you can write all your questions to your administrator at Nabo. Your administrator is preselected in the errand management in the portal, so just start writing your message. If you have a very urgent or emergency matter, you can also call your administrator. You will find the phone number in the portal.

How do I get in touch with the board?

If you go to the portal under Ärenden, you can ask a question directly to the board. In the case of errand management, the manager at Nabo is preselected, so you need to change the recipient of your errand to the board (styrelse).

I am a board member and want to switch from the member page to the board page. How do I do this?

Under the Nabo logo in the portal is your name, and next to it is a small arrow. If you click on it, you can switch roles and enter the board page.

How do I change my contact details?

When you are logged into the portal, you can change all your contact details on the small arrow next to your name under the Nabo logo. There you select settings and contact details. Here you can change your email address and also your C/O address and phone number.

How do I find information about my apartment in the portal?

In the portal under the tab your apartment / premises, you can see everything about your apartment, share number, annual fee, etc.
