How do I join the parking queue?
If the association has chosen Nabo to manage the parking queue, go to the portal under Queues and simply sign up there. If the association has not chosen Nabo to manage the queue, you need to contact the board. A text in the portal indicates whether it is Nabo or the board itself that manages the queue.
How do I sign a parking agreement?
You will receive an email where you sign a digital agreement with BankID.
How do I cancel my parking contract?
You can cancel your parking contract by contacting us by email but preferably by creating an errand in the portal.
How long does it usually take to get a parking space?
The queues vary from association to association and it is very difficult to say how long it can take to get a parking space. Under the Queues tab in the portal, you can see how long the first person in the queue has been waiting, if you have this function at Nabo. If not, it says that Nabo does not handle this. Then you have to contact the board and ask in the portal.
Can my parking space be taken over by the person who buys my apartment?
When you sell your home, the parking space expires and it can usually not be taken over by the buyer of the apartment, but everyone needs to queue. However, some associations allow the parking space to be taken over by the buyer.
