Why have I been charged a loan registration fee?

The loan fee is an administrative fee that the association may charge for additional administrative work in connection with the notification of a loan of a tenant-owned apartment to the association.

Why have I received a payment reminder?

A reminder is sent out when full payment of the invoice has not been found.

  • For those who have paid the invoice but still received a reminder, you need to submit a receipt for the payment. The easiest way to do this is via our website.

  • For those who have not paid the invoice and do not want to risk additional charges, the invoice needs to be paid as soon as possible with the information on your reminder.

I have received a payment reminder. When does it go to debt collection?

If you have not paid your fee, you need to do so immediately. Nabo is obliged to inform the bank if more than one month has passed. If the board wishes, it will be sent to debt collection after about 10 days.

I have been told that the debt collection has taken over today and I paid the money yesterday, what happens then?

If you paid in the day before your invoice was sent to debt collection, we will withdraw the case but you will have to pay the fee of SEK 180.
